2 . SENIOR Yearbook forms

THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP IS THE YEARBOOK SUBMISSION FORM!
After your viewing appointment (typically a week after your photo shoot) you will receive an email with 5 -10 yearbook proofs for your yearbook picture. I highly recommend you open the email in your mobile phone to see the image as it will be printed in the yearbook. Your friends and family may help you choose the right picture. Make your final choice for your official yearbook picture in the form below

Reminder: YOU are responsible to submit this form with your yearbook picture choice within 15 days from receiving your proofs. Studio Sami will deliver your picture to yearbook adviser/staff before the school deadline. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE IT TO THE LAST MINUTE!!
3 . SENIOR PRICE LIST GUIDE
You have a choice. You can design your Senior Portrait collection to meet your needs and desires. Studio Sami offers the CAP (create your own package) for the 90-minute session which provides you with choice and flexibility, it’s as easy as ABCD!! The larger the package the better the value.
The left side of the price list below offers five packages for your choice, Each package includes combinations of items you may select from the right side of the pice list. Each category, A B C or D, contains three or four options for print size and a number of copies. This allows you to create exactly the package you desire. Other prints can be added to a package or chosen as a la carte selection.
